Process service is the personal delivery of documents per Montana law to the named defendant, or other person/business as directed in what is called a praecipe. This can be anything from a court issued summons & complaint, divorce papers, and subpoenas. This also may include papers from the private sector such as eviction papers, personal letters, notices, etc. 

The purpose for process service is so that the named person on the papers can’t claim they didn't receive the documents. We provide a notarized affidavit that is recognized in the courts to support our claim of personal service. 

If someone owes you money or needs to be evicted etc., we’ll get them in front of a judge! We have over 50 years combined experience and are faster and cheaper than the local sheriff.  We pride ourselves on fast, efficient service that is second to none. We are licensed and bonded for the state of Montana.
